OUR FINISHED PROJECTS

The project involves development of a man-made island spanning an area of over 3.2 million square meters at West Bay and connected to the mainland by a bridge. The project will eventually house 30,000 people in an upscale, multicultural residential community featuring luxury apartments, town houses, penthouses and villas. In addition, it will include high-end retail and lavish hospitality components, three worldclass marinas and an impressive beachfront. A key highlight is the 3.5 km marina-front pedestrian boardwalk ‘La Croisette’, the world’s longest waterfront luxury retail walkway, which is home to international hospitality brands and high-end boutiques. The biggest part of this Mega Project is almost completed but there are still some packages under construction.
